Prohibition help your going first more safety. Going first and call Ash if you want to add Card. Call imper or Veiler if you think they had it in their hand after you summon your first effect monster. Too bad it couldn't use for Maxx C btw.
It's basically a 1 Card Combo ( with Motobike or Wakaushi ) turn into Centur-Ion's field Setup by using Diabolantis without need Normal Summon and It's good for bait handtraps too.
