@ I booked a 10 nights here. Eto naging experience ko. 1. Una pa lang, flooded na yung front ng hotel which i didnt mind. 2. I arrived early like 12 PM and i understand the protocol of early check in. Requested if i can check in earlier for additional fee. Apparently, ayaw nila. So okay lang dahil baka walang available. Now i had to wait pero ayaw nila ako paupuin sa may restaurant area dahil for booked guests lang daw. Wala ako maupuan since puno ang lobby. So i went out. 3. Very bad smell ng rooms. Added to that is sobrang malamok, I asked them to spray pero di nila inintindi. 4. Wifi is almost non existent. Sabi ko sa kanila I will be working pero wala, Buti i brought my own pocket wifi. 5. My door is broken. As in yung spring nya di nagana. So imagine, they were fixing that while im in the room. Napakaingay. 6. I asked them to clean the room at least every other day. As in once lang nila nilinisan during my 10 days of stay and even had to call their attention. Parang nagmamakaawa pa ako. 7. Bed is with an old frame at sobrang maingay pag gumalaw ka. 8. Worst, They asked me to pay 700 pesos para sa isang small stain in my pillow. Imagine mo 700. I disputed and thats their policy daw. I told them na, as per hotel rules, we only pay that pag hindi siya washable. 9. Staff lacks training and courtesy, Kahit yung nakilala ko sa pool that time na guest e daming reklamo sa hotel.
Omg So sorry to hear that mam. I will share our experience dn po. Good: we didn’t have any problem with the staffs they were so attentive po to our needs. The room was spacious. No problem with WiFi. Bad: Yeah we were there dn nung flooded s front po. I think just kunting ulan flooded n dun. Nadulas p aq kc slippery. Super sakit ng pwet q that time it took me weeks to completely heal. We didn’t like the aircon kc old na and prang d malinis ung air na binubuga ng aircon. My husband and kids didn’t like the breakfast. Ung English breakfast is not the same like here s UK. That’s why i was the only one keep going downstairs to eat breakfast kc nasasayangan aq kc bayad n hehe
@girbaud07 hi mam if u spend 10 nights ulit s boracay i suggest you try different hotels para madifferentiate m lahat…parang smin we stayed 12 nights dun kya 3 hotels booked nmn just in case d nmn magustuhan atleast d k mastuck s 1 hotel lng po.
@@thehutchinsfamily01 my mistake din po. I was on a work mode kasi kaya it was inconvenient for me na lipat ng lipat. Gusto ko rin na lumipat noon pero no refund daw sa remaining days. Haha. Di naman ako mayaman . Lol. And yes, breakfast nila din is not good at all. Anyway lesson learned. I was able to share my experience din naman to all my friends who plans to go to boracay.

Believe me there’s some more worst hotel than here. TBH this is the least hotel we recommend from the 3 hotels we’ve been in Boracay.
