Thanks for this information. Very simple and to the point. I do my own braids. I do medium tension style. To me it's lighter and helps me keep trying. My hair grows slowly. I don't do much maintenance. (Catch your breath) I know better, it's difficult doing better consistently. I need a simple 1hr or less route. Until Im more confident in my ability to stay engaged.

I have never heard the term "chunky Braid" I've only ever heard the term "micro, small, medium, large and Jumbo braid"
Other than that issue, great informative video!
