Isn't no. of reactions for hinged support 1 and no. of reactions for roller support 2 in kinematic determinacy, what you said is applicable for static determinacy
No different formulas.
In that Step 4, using the relation [P]+[K][D]=0. The equation was EI/3 [4 D1 + 2 D2] = 3.75.
By multiplying 3.75 *3 we usually get 11.25. But how you wrote as 45 !?
Not 45 but 45/4=11.25,...Easier to work with whole numbers

Left m is final end moment and right side m is fixed end moment this is fomula of slope deflection method to fine the slope values

In the last step while calculating fixed end moments , without writing EI value , how could u evaluate the equation ?
If the value of EI is given then its ok put it in the final equation and get the answer or leave it which I have done here.

At this point we simply need to solve the equation. You can either do this manually or by using calculator.

Multiply 6.92 by 3 and convert it in fraction form. You are also write it in decimal form. It's totally up to you.
