nothing new here. Balinese don't really care about zoning. It has always been like this. Perhaps some foreigners too now, financing projects under the name of the balinese land owner. Don't think it's more now than before. Government also changes green zones into buildable zones because of the need to build accommodations for more more tourists coming into Bali.
Didn’t get it for the SLF permit, you said buildings that have been built after IMB got replaced by SLF and PBG can not obtain the SLF permit? Is that correct?
@@jonblogondrong4792 To clarify, obtaining a PBG (building permit) is necessary for any new construction in Bali. Foreigners investors typically set up an Indonesian PMA company to facilitate such processes legally. Always consult with a legal expert or notary to navigate these regulations and secure your investment appropriately.
Thank you for the knowledge!
Glad it was helpful!
Fantastic insight, thanks

If you want to develop or build a real estate asset in Bali, you need a PBG building permit.
@@BaliBusinessClub And unless you're an Indonesian you're not going to get one.

@@BaliBusinessClub People wanting to own property in Bali wouldn't normally set up a PMA as itt would be very expensive.
Great insight!
