Meeting Leon and Recruiting Welch! - Claude Walkthrough - Episode 14

We will start with PAs and continuing with the story to team up with Leon. Then we continue with a few Guild missions and then we go back into Lacuer City and recruit Welch - I am so happy! I thought you had to recruit her before the people took refuge into in Lacuer Castle. This is Episode 14 of my Star Ocean the Second Story R walkthrough with Claude as the main character (hero), which means the story is shown through his point of view.
