I have a sister who's in a LD reltionship. I think they've only met 2 times during their 4 year relationship. 3rd meeting was their wedding, & they're married for 2 years now. A lot of details to go through, pero that's the gist of it. Covid has delayed their plans to live under the same roof, but they're still going strong haha
I'm also in LDR for almost 3 years na pero bilang pa sa daliri kung ilang beses kami nakapag date and this year once pa lang. Pahabaan ng pasensya and huge adjustment for the sake of the relationship. Goodluck to everyone in LDR, trust each other and give assurance as much as you want to receive one. Words of affirmation and good communication helps a lot 🤗💖
Happy for the couples, but I was not that fortunate. LDR is rough. 4yrs kami noon sa pinas then nag ofw ako sa UAE. 2yrs was ok, every 6months nakakauwi ako for vacation. Then she moved to the US. Initially akala ko we can do it, kasi nagawa namin noong ofw ako. Pero, I was wrong. Iba yung feeling nung nag US sya. Maybe priorities changed or baka ako din. Or for whatever reason she or I may have. Kahit may vacation ako every 6months, parang wala ng ung purpose ko para umuwi. Di nmn ako makapunta ng US due to visa restrictions. Dun ko natutunan, ang sarap nung feeling na may babalikan ako. At dun ko rin natutunan sa relationship contentment and compromise plays a big role. LDR is not for everyone, I salute and pray for the couples who are able to make it work. Keep it strong guys.
Currently starting an LDR with someone who I haven't seen personally. Few things I learned were to be open and patient with each other, and to have clear communications. I always pray for us to have the heart to better understand each other. So far I personally find it exciting, and yeah, the distance makes the heart grow fonder. Let's see 😅
This was me and my boyfriend at first and I can personally vouch that the wait to see each other is 100% worth it. It makes the moment even more special and memorable when you do:)) wishing you both the best!
For me nasa tao na nasa relationship talaga yun. Yung parents ko ay nasa long-distance relationship ( Saudi, Mother and Philippines, Papa) for more than 11 years but they get stronger pa. Kung gusto mo magtagal, magtatagal talaga kayo. If your committed sa person na yun long-distance relationship is not an issue.
It may be hard but if you two are willing to take the risk, It will be an easy. Currently I am in a LDR and all I can say is nothing is impossible. If you two are respect each other, understand her and your flaws, trust one another, and commited to each other and eagerness to preserved and seeing each other.
I'm currently in a LDR with my highschool crush! I'm from Baguio and she's currently in iloilo. My love language is physical touch but totoo yung sinabi nila na 'pwede kayo bumawi sa ibang ways' I feel like i'm more devoted and invested in my partner due to the distance. I already booked a flight to her for January and its going to be my first time seeing her after around 9 or 10 long years 😅! Time is really a necessity kasi we're both in college working on our future selves and covid. Sabi nila, if you really love something take care of it 💕 You really just need to be mature enough to understand that your partner isn't going to be there all the time. Just keep working on yourself to be the best version you can be for your partner or significant other. When the time comes it will all be worth it! Guys, be consistent. Never make her feel left out. Listen to each other. Always be honest about how you feel. Remember, masmasarap at mas matamis ang mga bagay na pinaghihirapan.
I was in a Long Distance Relationship as well. 10 years kami. 2004 - 2014. I was living in Manila that time and she's from Iligan. Grabe yung feeling especially when we saw each other in person for the first time sobrang overwhelming nakakakilig talaga na nakakatawa tapos medyo shy pa kami pareho 🤣 Sadly it didn't work out kasi she found a new guy na mas malapit sa kanya. Yung pagopen ko ng FB ko inunfriend na pala niya ako. She just texted me na she's breaking up with me ganon lang ka simple. I was so devastated that time, took me almost 4 years to move on. All I can say is don't be afraid to try LDR. If totoo naman ang feelings na nararamdaman niyo for each other then go for it. And also it takes more than just love to make it work. Kelangan niyo talaga ng commitment and loyalty sa isa't isa. Yung kahit magaway kayo wag niyo idadamay yung relationship niyo sa away niyo. (Tama ba? Does it make sense? Haha sorry ) Edit: Our common friend told me that she's already married and has a baby.
I'm in a LDR tooo!!! I am Pia in a ldr, I really want my partner to be honest with me, ayoko ng nagsisinungaling siya and also kahit pa maliit na bagay I don't want him to hide it from me.
Ang sweet ng isang couple, unconsciously caressing their partners' hand's in their comfort as the conversation goes on. I feel this haha, my 1st relationship right now is LDR going on 4 months. Even though our LDR friendship is 7 years going strong :3 It's truly your communication, commitment, honesty, balance of responsibilities, making of your time and patience for yourself and your partner's. Good luck for everyone, whether single or relationship of any kind!
were 15 yrs together, almost 5 yrs dun ldr since ofw ako until now..last year kami kinasal..meet halfway talaga lalo na nitong pandemic na mahirap mag bakasyon..
paano pong meet halfway po ? sorry if I dog deeper I'm also in a LDR set up bago pa lang po days pa lang and I'm crying for almost 24 hours dahil lahat na yata naisip ko po.😊
@@shyuanni There’s no formula but both of you should learn how to trust, compromise and make it work no matter what :) Super daming sacrifices pero worth it kapag para sa taong mahal mo.
we just celebrated our first anniv last month, though tyempo pa my grandma got admitted sa hospital so ako bantay plus mahina signal. we communicated through texts lang
I did LDR for 2yrs with my wife & we’ve been together for 22yrs. LDR with no phone cameras just letters & phone cards, would i do it again? Naaaaaa!! mahirap pag nasa ramp ka nang PAL airport - departures area, ayaw mo umalis! hehe! ✌️✌️
When love is willing to wait its pure you will always end up together, so ayun sila na ng katrabaho nya hindi na kami. Me:(im still breaking up with the journey)
I feel like we're LDR, we dont see each other that much even when we live in the same city, hirap pag di ka ganun kaattractive parang di eager makipagkita jowa mo
Im also in ldr. He lives at the US while me here in the phils. I also have this assurance that ik my bf wont cheat behind my back so ye :D Edit. Im in ldr with him for a year and we havent met yet, he wouldve visit me but i said no cause theres covid still, so safety measures 👍👍👍
I'm in LDR too, American guy sya and bearded guy pa so common assumption samin is sugar daddy ko sya at may allowance ako kasi mas super matanda daw sya sakin kahit 22 pa lang sya LOL. LEAVE THE BEARD ALONE MARITES 😆

I dreamt of her last night. F*ck! Lol
I came from an unsuccessful LDR relationship for 6 yrs. Ph-Canada. Its relaxing to watch this kind of content.
Same. Ph-Canada. 6yrs, almost 7. Kaso failed.
What if sometimes you feel like you're the only one committed? Like, one day he seems so into you, then the next day that's not how he makes you feel?
