    Ron I love all your stuff. Keep up the great work! Someone took down your drawing video with Cory. You were assisting him to achieve: Draw-Fire-Hit target --within one second. The video focused on the path the pistol should take from holster to firing level, a natural path.

    So is the right wrist canned or straight when holding the pistol? Or was Mr. Avery saying once the shot goes off that’s what the recoil will do to the strong hand wrist?

  • @marcuszerr
    @marcuszerr 5 ปีที่แล้ว

    Does Ron speak about "to cant" or "to cam" the wrist?

  • @italoromano7336

    How much force do i need to apply down with the wrists ???

    • @TacticalPerformanceCenter
      @TacticalPerformanceCenter  5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      As much as you can without changing sight alignment. Experiment with different amounts to see where you get best results. There will be a point where you are comfortable and it works, that's where you need to be. Ken N.

      @@TacticalPerformanceCenter Hi Ken, did you mean I should cam down my support hand wrist as much as I can, and lock tight my strong hand wrist to keep the sight alignment?

  • @peterlo8260
    @peterlo8260 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    If I doing correct then take off my support hand , the front sight should be dip down slightly, am I right?

    • @TacticalPerformanceCenter
      @TacticalPerformanceCenter  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No, the cam will set the wrist angle, and then you need simply hold the wrist stiff on that angle. Stay aware to maintain that stiffness exactly the same before, during, and after the shot. That will create a spring steel effect and the gun will recover from a muzzle flip back to sigh alignment on its own.

    Do I need rolls my elbows too or Just keep locked ?

    • @TacticalPerformanceCenter
      @TacticalPerformanceCenter  5 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Not locked. you need some suspension. It can help to set the wrist and roll elbows a bit to help apply force to the muzzle like a long handle (lever).
