Once a symbol of promising US-China ties, Iowa house Xi Jinping stayed in 1985 now empty

As a Hebei provincial official back in 1985, Chinese President Xi Jinping visited the US state of Iowa and did a homestay in the small town of Muscatine. The house where he lived was later renamed the Sino-US Friendship House and for a time served as a symbol of promising US-China ties. But much has changed in recent years to reshape the relationship between Washington and Beijing. Now the house has been left empty and neglected. Local people have lost their enthusiasm about Xi Jinping, who some say "doesn't seem like the same person" as the Communist Party official who visited years ago.

@Iraj Pandey Donald Trump was bankrupt at least 4 times, each time he ran to his rich buddies and the state to bail him out. So yes, a fool and a failed "businessman". Congratulations. Smart people, like for example Warren Buffet, don´t go bankrupt. Fools, such as Trump, do go bankrupt. I would have understood it if it were Warren Buffet, but a bafoon such as Trump who was bankrupt how often? Just wow. And like he failed his own business he failed the american economy too, experts around the world, especialy Europe have been trying to warn you. But as I see to no avail, agent orange and brainwashing just sit way too deep to allow any reflection in a trumpet. Well then again y ou might as well be just another US paid tr oll of Operation Earnest Voice. Yes feel free to look that up dear readers, that is what the official name of the US official t rollarmy is, since their existence was leaked not even the US government denies it anymore, although(see Operation Mockingbird for that) the *US state controlled media* and the *government censorship on US social media* try their best at hiding it.

@Isaac Fernandez @Isaac Fernandez 1 What movie US paid t roll of Operation Earnest Voice? 2 There are a lot more people then just Snowden, we have Manning and Assange too, just to name the most prominent ones. Or now, just new, we got a reporter named Kareem who was aistriked 5 times by the US government, he went to court, and guess what the court not only decided but openly said?: That *they have the right to execute U S citizens at a whim and that the case should be dropped.* 2 There is still to this very day *0 proof that China even has a t rollarmy, same for Russia. Vice versa, it is a proven fact that the US has one,* called "Operation Earnest Voice". The same t rollfactory that pays you too, am I right as most of the time? Yes I am, it´s so obvious in y our case. 3 That would be the US once again who infringed on multiple trade deals and also varies other treaties, from peace treaties with several countries including Cuba, Northkorea, Iraq and Iran just to name only a "few" examples, to international treaties such as the Sino-British Agreement(see Article 23 of HKs basic law which easily shows you how and why the US breached that agreement). 4 Illegal fishing literaly happens everywhere in SEA(South-East Asia) and by every nation and is hence nothing new at all. Why don´t you call out other countries for that? Oh right, cause y ou´re paid to bash China, not listing facts ;)
5 Sigh that BS argument *again...* And back to political science again: If the US is a democracy with their *fake voting system/electoral college* then so is China a democracy too with their 1 party system, in fact China would by that standard be *more democratic then the US* which is quite an embaressment to the US. Since in China, 1 party or not, at least the peoples can vote and *their vote counts too.* Unlike the US where the wishes and demands of the majority and the people are *literaly trampled upon by the Electoral College.* Once again, dear sockpuppet account of the CIA, y ou can´t have your cake *and* eat it at the same time. Want your cake? Fine, okay: The US is a democracy then, *but then so is China too.* Want to keep your cake? Okay again: China is no democracy, *but then neither is the US a democracy either* plain and simple. So, want to eat the cake or want to keep it? What will it be? Choose, and choose wisely too, US paid t roll.
6 Now after all this I listed and I could easily go on listing more atrocities, hypocrisies and blatan fascism that the US displays. China might have it´s problems, but to say they are of the same equivalence to the ones caused by the US is totaly moronic and shows that y ou are either a brainwashed and braindead dropout, or just another paid sockpuppet t rollaccount by the CIA, I suggest the later personaly as it is also the most common.

To be honest, the biosecurty of the state owned or coporate owned food/meat production chain in China is extremely stringent. Any misconduct or pandemic (such as foot-mouth disease outbreak) in the food chain will impact billion peoplle. But there are also many private farming facilities who always breach the biosecurty law. The private farmers in China are not as well educated as developing countries. Last year the swine fever out break was caused by a private pig farmer who did not obey the 14 days qurantine biosecurity before sending his pigs to slaughter and the truck carried those sick pigs pass by a lot of pig farms without adhere to biosecurity line. The swin fever result shuting down of more than 2000 pig farms and billion dollars of enconomic loss. That private pig farmer was sentenced for 10 years which raise huge debates online.
