Horizon case items fluctuate really wildly, especially cause there are so few of them. Only 28 of st bs devourers are listed on Buff at the moment. Hopefully it picks back up for you soon mate 🙏
Hi there, thank you for your comment. I do not actually own any items in the portfolio, and data is scraped off Buff, fortunately, I can include any item I want without owning any of the skins. The skins are selected to represent a typical liquid portfolio of skins. People's mileage may vary depending on their own collection, for example, a blue gem collector will have skins that are very illiquid, and their trades are not representative of the market. The intention of showing a liquid portfolio is to see how the market reacts to certain changes in the game, and what the general trend is for different categories of items. Specific skins are also covered when they are outside of the portfolio as well depending on the news of the week, like the overpass collection for the past 2 weeks. @@SkinomiCS2 Thanks for the detailed response! How do you scrape the data? Do you use a Python script? Also, it's quite fascinating. You seem to have some knowledge of web scraping, investment, and market trends. Are you a data analyst by any chance?
I wish I knew Python hahaha, nah, I do it manually. I have every item saved in a list so getting the price takes about 3 minutes for the items. My day job is an investment analyst hence why I am still learning how to use Premier, Photoshop etc.
