Instead of writable stores, just use $state in a .svelte.ts file! #svelte #sveltekit #sveltejs #javascript #typescript #javascripttutorial #typescripttutorial #coding #webdevelopment
Great video, and i'm the one who down voted, thought it would be fair to say why. Not sure if i was looking at the wrong time seems you have a couple videos, first one seemed much longer covered the intro and all what is withing this... Given you finished this video mentioning next will be on using classes... No problem having one long video or three for into, basic and adv w/classes... Just seems bad to have one video exact last the last half of another... EDIT: I removed the down vote as you updated your collection of videos... As you now have the one covering this using a class, so you're all complete. Might suggest updating to all be in one all inclusive video? As it it seems there are three videos. One that has part1 && part2, one with only part2 and one with only part3...
Wow, you are just using stores wrong, and you use case is so simple. Runes suck, you cant even use side effects in a svelte.ts file and they don't work with async, $derived is event worse as it cant be exported and you have to wrap simple primitive types in an object because of proxies.
Thanks! This should be in svelte tutorial
simple and to the point. thanks a lot!
thank you for keeping it sub-5min
just what I was looking for. thanks!
thank you!
Hah, my use case is a tool for planning and managing plants. Nice serendipity :)
I follow you 🎉
would be cool to see this done with class
You can't assign an entire object to the import but you can individually assign to it's attributes... Who decided that?!
it makes sense
