I LOVE your rainbow days!!! My girlfriend and I live in Australia so we can't replicate this idea regularly - but whenever we are stuck waiting for something, or can't go to sleep, we pick a Disney park and plan out our rainbow picks!

Last time I was in DAK, Dinoland was like shut down for some reason. All the carnival games, and most rides, it was super weird. So it was nice to watch you guys enjoy it all.
