I know a lot of people like to make you believe Jin didn't know how to sing before bts etc. but that's not entirely true. Most of Jin's development happened pre-debut BTS when they were still trainees. Jin's own vocal coach has said he was her best student and she also explained that teaching him wasn't about improvement but more so a transformation from acting vocalisation to a singing one. Jin is a very hard worker so yes, he is still improving every day due to his incredible personality that always wants to do better BUT even in the early days of bangtan he was already an incredible vocalist. He just didn't get the chance to show it back then at all. (there are a few older live songs that show it like outro luv in skool and outro: propose)
they mean before bts not before debut , he started when he decided to join bts, but still he became better and better through time and now even rank #1 as the “Most Pleasing Vocal Style” and one of the most praised vocalists thats something impressing .

@@hananana1155 they might mean that, but there is no footage of jin singing before being a trainee so no one knows what he sounded like. i am of the opinion that at this point constantly hammering on jin's improvement is just a backhanded compliment as it's just focusing on the negatives. jin is an amazing vocalist period and to keep bringing up his past is a bit insulting considering he's been very good for years on years now.
@@jinsbts81 Well jin himself has said he didnt start singing until he was around 20/21 (by Korean age). I dont necessarily think people mention this in a negative way. They more so point out how he joined Big Hit without any prior singing knowledge or even interest, and grew to be such an amazing singer.
@@jinsbts81 actually even jin says so himself and he's proud of how much he's changed. and the other bts members are always saying how he's improved so much and they are so proud of him. so no one is saying it as an insult. They are simply referring to how amazing he is and how hardworking he is.
@@jinsbts81 mentioning Jin as having no prior experience in singing is definitely not meant as an insult by anyone but it is mentioned just to show how hardworking, dedicated, focused and passionate he is towards his new career. Mentioning it shows that if a person has Jin's dedication he can do anything but at the same the passion of BTS for their work is shared by none other. Mentioning his singing and dancing journey just makes us army proud to show to others what perfect people we've got to shower our love on and it really feels good to see the reaction of people after seeing his mind-blowing transformation.

Jin is very good when notes need to swell. Swelling from relatively silent or low to very loud or high.

Edit: That middle range that both you and your mother straightened up and really enjoyed was during the song Let Go. It's a Japanese song, so be careful of copyright if you decide to react to it, but it is absolutely beautifully done, the singing and the choreography. It always baffles me when I hear some people say Jin can't sing like they really be sleeping on my boy Jins vocals.
The message u always give actually fits Jin way more than Jimin. Jin was not at all a singer or dancer. He was actually an acting major and selected only for visuals. He learn't singing after becoming trainee and had improved the MOST among the group!!
there is more updated versions like the one nayasa did, " BTS Jin live vocals and high notes compilation updated (2020)" . these are all old clips and really doesnt showcase jin's live vocal . pls react to an updated one its 2020 now .

When I went up for my first ever stage performance, no one told me it would be like that. i completely blanked out at first when I couldn't see a thing past the stage. But then remembered (thank God) that I have to sing. I'm so glad I didn't embarrass myself that day .........

Okay can we appreciate that Jin sings like an angel and he was only offered in BH for his looks and didn't know how to sing and now here he isam
He was not only offered for his looks, he was scouted because he was handsome but he had to train with the rest of the trainees and pass the evaluation to actually debut. Also the main reason why jin was casted was the need of lead actor for the bts storyline. Jin has a acting degree from the top university of Korea which is popular for making popular actors. Jin was a very good actor and bighit wanted someone to play the lead role in the bighit storyline so jin was casted. Also his dancing and singing were very good after practicing it as a trainee which is why he was able to beat other trainees to pass the evaluation to debut in bts.
