I always love and admire those experimental solos of yours; sounds and textures morphing into other sounds very organically... You could record a whole album of those!
A lot of the footage came from EVNautilus LIve (@EVNautilus). I messed it up by changing the colors and saturation. The music was an improvised guitar solo - the guitar is running through a chain of six effects. Each one does something different to the signal.
Thanks for asking! This recording is just a guitar solo, but I play with other people and I've played in some groups. There's a representative sample of group albums on my webpage (maxridgway.com). Are you a musician too?
The whole music and video are a fantastic piece of good art. It reminds me, back in the days, those experimental videos in the old TH-cam.
Thanks!

Thanks! I think they sound better with other instruments ( like drums for instance) .
Cool vibes dude! You ever heard about Shpongle? You will like it, peace ✌️✨💜
Thanks for the tip - I'll check it out.
The otherworldliness of your performance is amplified by the footage of those beautiful beings.
Thank you very much. I'll admit that I struggle to find images or video that seem appropriate for the music. Thank you for mentioning it!
Love it, i always want to grab my guitar and do some free improv.you are always inspirational .
Thanks, Scott. I think you should do just that!
I wish more people saw things the way you do. I think we're on the way.
Thanks!
The perfect music in tribute to these lifeforms.

a pleasant experience.

Where'd all the footage come from? Also, how did you make those noises with a guitar?
