I like the touch of Pizzaface having his haywire sprite during the section where he is slown down since it would be impossible to do when he's at full speed.
The room at 5:10 is actually possible to do with the default pizzaface speed and I've done it before. The ghost room seems impossible in vanilla pizza tower though.

Apply patch, lap 3 data > data .win, lap 3 music > music .bank ( make sure data .win and music .bank are in the original file slot, also make sure that your mod is updated! )

This level's escape segment will always be the hardest to me, kudos to you for managing to lap it three times though, must've been really hard!
OK, that's actually a really neat touch how in certain rooms, Pizzaface's speed is greatly reduced in order to make avoiding him actually possible.
