I am so sad about this, I was brought up in Ambrose St. If they can afford to do this what about the Salvation Army who support people today and all throughout the War. You mentioned the hostel for homeless families I lived there it was on Ordnance Lane, previously Army Married Quarters. I think it might be empty now as new gates fitted and builders materials there. Is that going the same way? Surely Charity begins at home still we have homeless people too who don't live in hotels and we've lost our NHS dentists why wasn't funding that a priority. What has happened to our Great Britain?
