    There are a few channels where I first give likes and then proceed to watching. I had a small solo hiking/bushcraft channel with 2.5k subs (your one is going to be big, I believe) and watched lots of other channels of solo hikers and bushcrafters. Only now I understand that probably the best in watching them was that you're watching someone who could be there on a mountain or deep in the woods with you, but they won't be - they are solo, like yourself.
    I just moved to Patagonia (Argentina) and hope to have some amazing solo hikes here.

      But to better appreciate what made the tunnels
      it is sad this civilian was not enjoying conscript
      clothing, war rations, droning of enemy aircraft,
      snipers, etc.

    I'm always torn between wanting to see everything you see, Steve, and wanting you to put the camera away so you have two hands to climb. This was so stunning, thank you for sharing.

    Awesome place! Loose rocks that appear solid at first hold are a climber's enemy.

      I don't think he's in the Dolomites, as the mountains in the Dolomites are quite jagged and spaced out and in lower parts a lot of forests, but you might be right

    Very impressive from you and breath taking views, but awful to think what they had to go through though. One of the worst theatres of any war, freezing cold, manmade avalanches and assaults up mountains for years on end.

    I’m trying to figure out the tactical reason for such a labor-intensive cave. A hideout for partisans?

      I guess part of World War 1 front lines in the Alps, mostly between Austrian and Italian forces. So regular Armee stuff. There's still a lot of this left over, trenches, shelters, tunnels, barb wire etc. Somewhere there's even an abandoned big artillery gun near some summit, left behind till.today ...

    The problem is Devil runs the world. He is liar and murderer.
    That's why we've got the Gospel about the God's kingdom. Jehovah would put everything in order. The dead will be resurected and we'll meet our loved ones again! :-)

    • @yoyomyers
      @yoyomyers หลายเดือนก่อน

      No, the dead will not be resurrected, if that would be the case everything that had ever died would be such as dinosaurs etc, and that is just ridiculous, and from what ive heard the devil isnt a murderer, the devil punishes te murderers, your claim is just noncence and you had no business even commenting this
