Having just had our Hexaway tube go with a loud bang. I would not use the replacement zip ties if they are the same size as the original ones. As it was the failure of a single zip tie that allowed the zips to open in the wind to then puncture the air tube. Use the biggest zip ties you can get through the zips. We will be contacting Vango to sort our awning out via warranty once we get back from holiday. Watched the video as we are going to buy a spare tube and wanted to know what was involved. It’s a great awning let down by cheating out on a critical item that would have not been an issue if they had used larger and stronger zip ties.

Is the airspeed tube Hexaway 2 ATO19 still OK to use as mine is the 2018 one.?

The pump screws into the three inflatation valves. Is that what you mean pal.?

EXACTLY the same thing happened to us, this weekend! Beef up the zip ties!!
Great video I need to replace a bladder on ours would you say it is easy for DIYer .
