It’s a good one, warm ups are / should be individual IMO - I feel like as long as my feet are moving well that’ll have a big impact on my performance - it’s most probably more psychological than physiological - one size doesn’t fit all

Hey, great question! I’ve seen coaches use questioning during basic movement exercises - for example maths during two touch - something to help shift focus from one activity to another. But reading in between the lines of what the coaches are referring to it’s possibly she’s not up to ‘game speed’ straight away which could be the warm up doesn’t build to match intensity?
what should you do to warm up for high saves i'm a short goalie is hand at 5,1 because ima teen but what should I do for high saves ? I really look up to you so I was hoping for advice from you on that!

We do most of this in our pre-match warmup. Will add the forward and backward movement into the ground passing though. I like that 👍🏼
