It takes a lot of work from both of them to keep her balance! She has to keep her entire body tight for this to be successful while also going full out! Cheerleading is an incredible sport that continues to increase in its complexity! The men and women in cheerleading are close to peak athleticism once you reach a certain level!

Like yea... you can do it but they r still heavy and we aren't typically having them do a back flip in the palm of our hand above our heads y'kno? If you really were a flyer, I hope u were able to really appreciate how difficult it was for ur teammates too.

from what i learned in wrestling alot of it is the flyer. shes propelling herself as well as stablizing herself to make it smooth for him. and they move together to make it look so smooth. its also why wrestling isnt "real" - its an unspoken dance. but these cheerleaders have way more credibility, form & discipline.

I'm just an average dude and I could hold her up with one hand. I think you vastly underrate the average strength of a man. That being said, this dude is totally talented. It's the stability that impresses me.
@josephnichols4129 As someone who did cheer for several years, I disagree. This takes more than brute strength. It takes time and practice to have this much discipline and enudurance. You need to know all the proper hand movements, and can't forget them even for a moment. You must maintain strength and the proper grips on your flyer lest you want your flyer to lose her balance. You have to built trust with her. You need the strength to throw her up in the air multiple times so she can transition to her next position. If you're too weak, even by a bit, the stunt may not hit. We've had gym rats come into our cheer clinics. Despite being able to bench 2-3x .y weight, very very few were able to hit stunts properly because it takes more than some arm and core strength. The "average man" would not be able to come close to this. This was years of practice in the making

My niece does cheer and even after 7-8 hours of watching performances I didn’t get tired. I actually cried because I was overwhelmed by the adrenaline 😅. These people are ATHLETES and work so hard.
The moment that music stops and you’ve realized all that time, energy, and effort you put into such a routine sticks every landing and stunt makes it such an amazing reward!!

EXACTLY SAME THING hahaha i have to do this on certain tv shows when the entire cast is so good that the reactions to the actor speaking are just as funny as the lines (great example=schitt’s creek). But in THIS-the level of skill it takes for each person to have, and the PRECISION and TIMING of it all🫣🤯👏👏👏 It was super cool to isolate and only watch the guy, because everything he’s doing is just as crazy amazing!!

Whenever I see these routines the thing I find most amazing is how the ladies remember to smile as they are heald by one hand, holding their feet after tossing and twisting in the air. Amazing training.

I watched this about 8xs in awe. I did competition cheerleading 25 yrs ago and to see how this sport has progressed and become more intense and competitive is AhhhMAZING!!! It takes a lot of hard work and dedication...keep up the great work😊

Other than running what else sre football 🏈 players doing? So yes i 💯 agree its a full nbjdy routine. The muscles used to twist turn backflip and the guy holder her catchting her throwing her. If 🏓 ping pong is a sport 🏓Then why would you even think twice about this type of cheerleading being a sport? THIS TYPE OF COMPETITION Cheerleading is definitely much different than a group of gurls just standing there with their pom poms yelling letters and words. My niece does cheer and even after 7-8 hours of watching performances I didn’t get tired. I actually cried because I was overwhelmed by the adrenaline 😅. These people are ATHLETES and work so hard.

Yep 👍🏼 👍🏼 sport. How could it not be? They're literally all on the side zone at the game. This is more sport than any throw or catch of a football to ME anyday. Other than running what else sre football 🏈 players doing? So yes i 💯 agree its a full nbjdy routine. The muscles used to twist turn backflip and the guy holder her catchting her throwing her. If 🏓 ping pong is a sport 🏓Then why would you even think twice about this type of cheerleading being a sport? THIS TYPE OF COMPETITION Cheerleading is definitely much different than a group of gurls just standing there with their pom poms yelling letters and words.
