What is this? They look exactly like Great Highland Bagpipes, and sound exactly like Great Highland Bagpipes, even the performance of the instrument itself is quite Scottish (excellently played grace notes, btw)... The march itself is clearly not Scottish. But it's kinda confusing.

As a Scot, I'm used to hearing the pipes, but I particularly love the Breton pipes.

It's Music from Brittany a celtic region in France (The part that goes west and is almost surrounded by water)
