You may have already produced a video on these ideas but here they are: Short-term rental options while buyers are looking for property to purchase, ie... area RV parks. Another video with perhaps with 2-3 lenders that my be versed in "retirement income mortgages". There are many potential buyers that do not have standard wage income, some that may not even be drawing SSI yet, needing specialized mortgage lenders. Lastly, Top 5 local nearby attractions, not inside Sun City, not that your a tour guide but just as points of interest. Just ideas, thanks again Carla for another great information packed video.
@@suncityazhomesbycarlayoung My daughter needs to live with me for a while but since her permanent address is Wickenburg she doesn't qualify for a Privilege Card even if she pays for it.

Incorrect statement in the beginning...not everyone living in Sun City qualifies for a Member or Privilege Card.
People who own can get a card and renters can get a card. Can you clarify what you mean by not everyone can get a card?
