I have 0 interest in replica props because 9/10 times I can just make something like that which is actually functional, but $100 isn't really that bad. Presumably it's basically a statue though. Still hoping McFarlane or some other company gives us more civilian figures eventually, annoying how the only Amanda Waller [JLU style] is hard to find and pricey.
