Great information. I feel like its somewhat understandable if ethinic Finish people have some problem with immigration from other parts of the world. Thats why I think its best to go to Europe, get a job and experience and then, ultimately, try to move back to India. It would be ultimately great for everyone.

For many licenced jobs like in primary education, registered nurse, medical doctors etc. good local language proficiency ( Finnish and/or Swedish ) is actually required by law in Finland.
Finland should be very careful about who they let into their country if they want to remain the happiest country in the world ..

One correction on having a work permit and moving around. If you are an non EU/EEA country citizen you cannot just switch to a new country like hop skip and jump, Certain procedures should be followed. I am British of Indian origin currently living in germany and had to file an extend paperwork post brexit. And for fellow indians and etc, you can find a job in another country but you will first need an employment letter and and then you can possibly apply for a visa or TRC, which depends on the EU member state you are applying for to. Or other ways could be going there and applying

As a Finnish man myself i would say it is open but language barrier MIGHT (i'm not sure about Financial services) be a problem. Most jobs in Finland require at least capability to atleast good Finnish language skills.

Request if you can include opportunities for people who illiterate or less litrate in other contries along with requirements and living expenses.
That would be a great help, in every country there is huge demand for people who come from decent universities but there is no way for non skilled or non qualified people.
