That's why it takes months to prepare for a new concert because on top of everything else they have to do, like learn the performances, they also have to spend time filming multiple VCRs and everything you see on the screens on stage, etc.There is no dead air during a Kpop concert, there is always something happening on stage even when everyone is back stage that's why they are able to have concerts that last 4 hours because things like VCRs and solo performances allow the members to catch their breath in between sets.
