Dude -- I have seen "Gimme Shelter" a bunch of times. Hunter arrived at that concert with his white girlfriend--and them guys (H. Angels) IMMEDIATELY had a problem with him. He didn't jump on stage, from my recollection.
Drunk Angels instigated a fight with him, and as he pulled a gun from his inner, left jacket pocket, that particular Angel stabbed him in his neck, from behind. Not once did they say anything about him jumping on stage, nor did Hunter pull a gun while allegedly on stage. He pulled that gun (which looked like a .32 or a .38), as he had been jumped by several of the Angels, seconds before being stabbed.
