    People always mistake the warriors for jacking up threes instead of watching and looking at how the offense flows with its cuts, off ball screens, ball movement, passes from the low-post and the sheer unselfishness. This is why they are so successful. Curry doesn't go iso mode 24/7, he plays within the offense and calls isolation when it's needed. Warriors offense is never predicated on jacking up needless threes, it's predicated on ball movement and unselfishness from teammates.

    Good breakdown and needs to be shown to anyone that says the modern game is unwatchable.

      this ends the Mark Jackson cult. Mark didn't make them a champion because him and Steve had different approach in coaching. Bob Myers was responsible for assembling the dynasty not Mark Jackson.

      Steve is a great coach and they always discredit that by saying he inherited what Mark Jackson built. Lol

    I keep telling people : GSW is not a basketball team.....they are a SYSTEM....with moving parts that are CONSTANTLY in motion. VERY hard to guard....IMPOSSIBLE to stop.

      If you run this concept through out the game, assuming you don't have shooters, off course the defense will sag down. If you mix it up it will work

      Not like them no. We've never seen a team have all these moving parts continuously. It's beautiful basketball.

    Flow offense
    Coaches and smart folk. Question. What is the warriors and Coach Kerr’s philosophy when it comes to on-ball screens in the ‘flow offense’ they run (not sets- just their motion stuff)
    Is it only the 5 for their star players? Is it after a certain amount of passes? There must be rules for it as I know he prefers the ball movement style of pin downs, dho and post splits.
    Anyone got a clue what those reads/rules and philosophy would be?

    • @buzzerbeater3350
      @buzzerbeater3350 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Here are the rules:
      1. Pass the ball to Steph Curry
      2. If he's not open pass to Klay
      3. See rule 1

    Otto Porter Jr. with the underaged basketball IQ to pickup this offense in one season. DLo couldn’t do it. Oubre couldn’t do it. Bazemore couldn’t do it.
