i know im mad freaky in the video but on god if you just do what i tell you, you'll actually be better than 99% of the playerbase. repeat the steps every single day and change the amount of matches played accordingly to how much free time u have and stuff and you will be really good. i did this for 1 week after touching the game and got top 250 and then hit it again on a completely diff build with the same method.
also another thing, please learn how to escape depths + pve before you learn pvp 😭🙏

@@RoseTrigi respectfully, idk who you are but they unironically fall into the top 1% of the playerbase in regards to pvp, you're probably some "comp pvp" player and are delusional and don't understand the skill scaling of the game. the rate of progression in terms of skill is exponential the higher you go up in the "competitive scene". you're also knocking down basic psychology. their "opinions" quite literally coincide with how self improvement works outside of video games. this is how the human mind works

this is really good advice for people who dont even play deepwoken in general, you can literally take this advice out into the real world with simple things like going to the gym. i believe the most major piece of advice devi spoke here was being consistent and reflecting on what you couldve done better/mistakes.
if you really wanted to you can even take this video and use it on another game entirely: 1. simplify the game 2. put yourself out there, get engaged in tough situations 3. reflect on what you couldve done better and most of all 4. repeat these steps and work on what you could do better, being consistent is the most important part in improvement.

this guide ABSOLUTELY WORKS. i am dogshit at pvp
i got in the first 10 chime matches lost almost every single fight, and then when i reviewed my mistakes and focused on the ones i wanted to do
I won almost 7/10 next chime matches and was way more calm, focused, and just generally doing better and understanding the game way more

yea this is gonna help quite a bit I keep getting hit with 1 specific move from every attunement that removes all my speed buffs making me a snail
as a former top 50 i can tell you that those where the very points that made me better when you anilze what you do wrong and perfect that that will never be a problem

This video is great and helped a lot, but what do you recommend for like guild war spam builds cuz it doesn’t even seem like I can do anything better in guild wars, I did improve in chime a lot tho
overworld is drastically different from chime but the same concept in yhe video applies. write down mistakes such as improper bell usage, poor positioning, poor communication, poor decision making (like going for the wrong person), etc... and work on fixing those. imo overworld is much harder than chime to improve at but that doesn't mean u can't!

ME WHEN MY ONLY MISTAKE IN MY ONLY MISTAKE WAS NOT AVOIDING TAKING TWO BARS FROM MY OPPONENT ROLLING. WHICH KILLED ME AFTER I GOT FAN THE FLAMES ARCWARDERED FROM ACROSS THE MAP THE SAME FRAME THE MATCH STARTED.(he was a w rank and I had 700 ELO)

Problem is that i have with Chimes is that,
The game keep sending me to a server that is 100% guarantee will be super laggy for me (For instance; California cause it's way too far from where i live). So most fight ended up to be completely be having me destined to lose
Either way, i usually get matchmaked by a meta dawnwalker builds if i ended up in a good server. So rarily IF ever Chimes matches are being unfair to me at most cases 💔
there's always workarounds and other ways like how i mentioned joining a guild and sparring players

got top 250 in chime of conflict on a trash pc (in public servers i run arround 20 fps with freezes and 160 average ping) i put my screen 600X800 and close all the other tabs just to play chime xd

errrr mr devi how am I supposed to improve via chime AND with the same build if I keep losing and going to the depths or having to wait hours for my skulls to come back? It just ends up becomes frustrating and makes me want to stop also I play at 150 ms or higher so I don't have the biggest of advantages, any tips for my skill (obviously regional) issue? Also I can also end up accumulating drowns if I fight in the overworld and eventually wiping at the trial which is even worse

this is actually something people do on purpose to make u parry air, the best way to combat this is to position urself in a way that makes ur parry connect OR have a much better understanding of hitboxes

as long as u dont have packet loss and have less than 300ms u can still improve! (speaking from experience, also agamatsu is living proof of that)
@@blamedevi nah bro i have a hardware issue i think cuz it happens on roblox and on anything, i get super SUPER frequent ping spikes that go from like the supposed usual of 60 ping, all the way to 20k in a matter of seconds, usually like 1k ping every 10 secs or so. save me.
