Thanks to a mention from Darlene D'Eon, I found your FlossTube last evening and subscribed. We love visiting the Maritimes from Missouri USA. We finally made it to Newfoundland on a tour 2 years ago and my husband caught Covid and we were quarantined in Gander for 6 days. We are returning this upcoming weekend and have a few days in Gander. I hope to visit areas within walking distance of our hotel before we get on the bus a few days later. I enjoyed a visit to the East Coast quilt shop 2 years back. I really like your Lobster & Lighthouse stitch and hope to stitch one when we return, or maybe even on the bus! Linda K
@@tomkaemming3850 thanks for coming and checking my channel out and I hope you enjoy it. I'm just back today from a 6 day vacation in Toronto. If you are planning some time in downtown, my friends who own Brin & Nedle, a hand dye floss and fabric company have opened a retail spot on Duckworth St in the Posey Row building. I'm not sure if they have hours or if it's still by appointment so maybe contact them from their website. Tell them Deanne sent you, one of the girls is named Deanna so you need to make the distinction, lol
Hello Deanne. My condolences to you and all the family. Your projects bags are wonderful. Congratulations on your finishes. They are fantastic! I am spoiled to live only 45 minutes from The Stitch Bug and Seashell Stitching. Seashell Stitching is an on-line shop but now you can make appointments to go in person. I am doing Mill Hill May so I can finish up some of the kits I have started. Happy Belated Birthday! Happy stitching!
Thank you, I'm so jealous that you have 2 sources of supplies so close. The rumor from Patty is that they will have stitching days, which will be fun. I haven't been to a LNS since we lived in NS before Aaron was born. I have ordered from Seashell Stitching, waiting for a piece of fabric from them now. I got a gc from Gittas, so I'm anxiously awaiting our trip. Mill Hill may be a great theme for next year
Hello from Alberta. Thx for another great video. Besides my normal stitching my May each year is planning, picking fabric and floss for the 12 Christmas ornaments I do each year. I have 4 grandkids so each get a Prairie Schooler Santa plus another ornament and then I stitch an ornament for each of my 4 former workmates (I retired in 2022 but we meet up a few times a year). I do most of my ornament stitching while camping in the summer!
Not long....three weeks is long without your company and stitching projects. Lovely project bags Girl. I didn't have much time to stitch lately. Working on a printed canvas. Nice when I am to tired to count.
We are alike…I check out my comments immediately too and respond. I also modify the extreme cross country…for interest but also because I tend to miscount if I jump too far. Belated happy birthday. Your project bags look great. Take care!
Great progress! And congrats on the two finishes 😁
Happy birthday Deanne!
Thank you
Lots of beautiful progress on your projects. And I love that animal project bag. Such cute fabric. Happy Stitching.
Thank you so much
The lighthouse piece is so cute! And I love that puffin fabric!

Oooops, I meant a few days in St. John's, not Gander, before we get on the motorcoach. We will head to Gander after a few days.

That sounds like great May plans, and I'm sure everyone looks forward to receiving their ornament.

Thanks, at least I only forgot 1 thing this time. I've never tried printed canvas
