You have earned a new subscriber! this is amazing!!! You are incredible at explaining and your skill is impeccable! I was looking for so long for someone to explain neo traditional style and I am so happy that I have bumped into your channel!!
@@ziggyinktattoo I've found different lines very helpful! It's amazing how different line width can make such difference with the painting (especially how some objects seem further or closer)! It would be awesome overall to hear a bit more about different types of shading that is used in Neo traditional (with pencils, markers, pens etc.) :D
Fun fact: Early tattooing in the US when American traditional was new; they used to carve the image into cellulose plastic and would put ink over the carving as the stencil.
Ziggy Ink tattoo hopefully u haven’t already done this.... have not had the chance to look through all of your videos but how about which needles are best for what kind of designs? Like shading techniques..... and different needle techniques.
Awesome man, fresh material, currently practicing some snakes very inspired by yours but looking funnies x'D anyways those tips will def help! keep sharing your job bro! peace.
btw i had the impression of the music is a bit too loud in some parts where you were talking. i was struggling a bit to understand. Just a constructive observation (Y)
@@ziggyinktattoo i love my tigers tbh but i would say snakes are my second favorite :). Jo Ziggy i ve been thinking this days, the step im usually struggling more often while drawing neotraditional designs from real reference pictures is the moment i have to draw the thin lines which shows the form of the body, should i trace them on the hard edges of shadow? or? sometimes i see designs with random flow thin lines around lady faces for example and looks amazing but i guess must follow some volumen drawing criteria or it will look crappy af like some of mines haha. i would really appreciate some advices or do you already have a video about it? have a good one bro keep it pumping.
It's the shadow lines. That line means there is a shadow un top or underneath. You can see that on my drawing - how to draw Japanese stuff. Where I have face. Lined all the shadows and then shaded them. Have a look, and if you feel like I need to make a video - I'll do it 👍 🔥
I said to thr tattooist I wanted realism and he started doing neo traditional when I didn't want that.. is there anyway to make it realism if it's just thr outline and some hair lines done?
Great breakdown of this style, I'm just learning to draw now and this is gonna be super helpful, I wanted to ask if you know how to tattoo embroidery style and if you do, could you please let us know what is the process for that particular kind of tattoo once again amazing video and thanks a lot.
Awesome to hear that 🔥 Personally, I haven't done that style. If I would do - I would make a stencil or outline. Then using 3rl (round liner) I would shade darker strokes. Pick a light source, and shade opposite side. Adding darker grey strokes. And the in the end you pick the colour you want, and do colourful strokes.
Love the video! Maybe turn down the music because it was pretty hard to hear what you said
Ill keep that in mind 👍 for my next video.
Probably sounds different on different phones

What would be your suggestion for next videos

I said to thr tattooist I wanted realism and he started doing neo traditional when I didn't want that.. is there anyway to make it realism if it's just thr outline and some hair lines done?
Yes , you can’t completely delete it , but there is a way to hide lines in shading 💪

Awesome art x) what medium was the art u were showing ? Ink or marker or acrylic lol ty
I mostly use markers and pencils.
Nothing else.
I get all filled in with marker, and then with pencils I go over and make adjustments
@@ziggyinktattoo awesome thank you x) like prisma colored pencil ? 💕🙏
No, just random pencils from shops.
I never had any expensive pencils. Never tried them, and I feel that I don't really need them 👍
Thank u and congrats on no thumbs down
Thank you.
I guess people like this kinda videos.
They appreciate it.
And I feel glad I can help 🔥 🔥

Great video, but the music it's toooo loud.
Music distracting, louder and overpowers his voice, hard to follow Good description now thank you
It was my poor editing skills.
Things you learn as you go 💪 💪
It's honestly REALLY sad the music is that loud, I couldn't focus on the voice at all...
Leaning from this video - all my next videos I double checked.. To make sure you all hear what I'm saying 👍
You live and you learn
You're trying to please to many people with the music! Hard to pay attention to the main focus of video! But thank you for advice!!!
Thank you 👍 🔥 🔥
Music in the background too loud, u should fix that
I don’t think there is a way to fix it now when it’s uploaded
Music is too loud
Great video tho!
I think it sounds different on different phones. I didn't feel its too loud on my phone, but yeah, I'll keep that in mind 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥
because of the music cant hear really what you say
good video! But music is too damn loud
Yeah, sometimes happens, that's me learning how to edit the videos 🔥
Sometimes you have to make some mistakes 💪
The music is putting me off as it's louder then you're voice
bro the music! 😂
@@manuelmyller1621 I know , I know 😂
please, please remove the music. It's so distracting! Good content though
Musics way too loud wtf
music drowns out the narration
Omg the music. Jesus Christ
Jesus won't help you 🔥
@@ziggyinktattoo hahaha. respect tho
Dude that music has to go!
Video is uploaded, there is nothing I can do
Thanks a lot for the video! it's great! However I would change the kind of music to something jazzy and put it down for the entire video.
I do need someone who makes some nice beats for me 🔥 🔥 I know what you mean
