We thought it was so cool and completely normal at the time. Thinking back as a 20 year old, then 24, now 27, I would never want to hang out with 16 year olds let alone even 18 year olds. Idk why y'all are so overreacted. Maybe I grew it up in different places. But for me, even at 16, knowing some of Charlie's past, he did pretty well try to be grown up adult and become independent. As someone who meet their girlfriend when I was 17 and she was 35 I can say....the moment I turned 18 I was not an adult, and certainly not an adult with the life experience that would have counted up to her being 36.

Idk why y'all are so overreacted. Maybe I grew it up in different places. But for me, even at 16, knowing some of Charlie's past, he did pretty well try to be grown up adult and become independent. He probably matured fast. I may not know 100% but I think Charlie knew what he was doing. I don't think it's against his will or he's traumatised or regretted. Even after that he played role in a successful series and show us at least from outside he is currently having a successful life and his life doesn't seems ruined by it.
