I’m glad to come across this cable it’s looks great when it’s finished off. I like to change things in a pattern to makes a difference which makes it special. Thank you
Stumbled upon your video and love it! Cables are the main reason I taught myself to knit as I am primarily a "hooker" ( crochter) I feel ya with the stitches that fell off, lol one of the things I hate about knitting. I use bamboo needles as they grab the yarn better and I don't drop stitches as often. Thanks for a wonderful tutorial! God Bless!
This was really well explained and exactly what I was looking for. Thank you! And yeah it's nice to see someone mess up cause you see things are able to be fixed and not everything goes perfectly the first time around
How many times can I love this!? THIS is what I have been looking for! Thank you thank you! (I was unable to get the chimp signup to work on my iPad. But I think I can watch this again and get the exact directions for the cable only which is what I was looking for.)
Signed up and error, no pattern. I tried going by the direction in the video and it didn’t work out for me. Is there a place I can go see the directions for the cable?
So why did you pick 7 rows in between the twists? I'm doing a sock so I don't want to mess it up by going the same exact amount, mine is a 12 wide cable
This video was inspired by the Fabiana Poncho: filaturadicrosa.com/en/patterns/Filatura-di-Crosa-Autumn-Winter-2020-2021/Fabiana-Cabled-mohair-poncho this is a simplified smaller version of the cables from Fabiana, if you practice it a little more and knit exactly as the directions in the video say, it should work out!

Thank you for including the Oops !!
nice to know one is not alone in the world of "Oops" !
I agree. Seeing this happen to a much more expert knitter and the recovery is excellent.
Mine is more like a "YIKES 😬" than an opps 😁
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼it’s the same exact reaction I have when the needle slipped out. Love this tutorial!!!

Thank you so much for your kind words! All we want is to make your knitting life a bit easier!!
I agree with J Hanson, so good to know I'm not the only one who has those "oops", thanks for keeping it in your video!!
I loved the pattern 😍
I'm making a headband using this
Beautiful!!

Thank you! This is exactly what I've been looking for to line the face portion of a hooded scarf I'm making
Glad we could help!!

Thank you for your tutoring us🙏👌💝
Lol. Glad you made a negative into a positive! Actually it was helpful that you dropped them.
Take Care
How many rows of purt between one cable row & another in this video piece? Thanks

So neatly knitted. ❤️
Very nice 👌
Can this be made into ear warmer
For me it didn’t work :( did you base your braid in a pattern I can check ?
Never mind!! Lol

Yes it did! It just looked a bit weird at the begining so I thought I did something wrong but it was okey :)
@@sarabiriukov6232 I'm so happy to hear that! You just have to trust the process :)
Can I do the braid with different number of stitches?
Great video by the way!
Thank You
