I thought she was literally gonna give birth in this episode, literally thought BUT it was only a contraction so i don’t know a lot of about pregnancy but i am pretty sure you have more then just one concentration if you are in labour Iris dosen’t seem in labour to me, but it was close call maybe in the next episode she will be in full labour, but i don’t how i feel about one contraction don’t they usual have alot of contractions then they give birth, i am not sure how it works, so i am only guessing that could be the case.
How long Contractions lasts and how often depends on how far into labor she is. She had just gone into labor, her contractions might be 10 minutes apart and might not last long, which is why she was able to talk for a few minutes to Barry because she wasn't in pain in that moment.
Nora is the older daughter, born first(if I had to guess it's her they are going to give birth to now.) Bart is the younger brother, born a few years after Nora.
