Fire video 🔥 But one quick question on this Serge: I am a bit confused as to the pricing structure. You build and release it for a high upfront cost. But how would I go about getting them consistent results month after month. Because for example one of the parts of the entire service would be running ads to get them sales. That is a retainer cost right?
Great advice, Serge. I know your target audience isn't beginners, but it would greatly help me as a young man in LATAM with no leverage. I was wondering what would you recommend for beginners to do. I know you suggest just getting a job and moving on, but I'm intrigued by how to transition from a commoditized job to a ByR business. What criteria define a high-leverage opportunity that allows newbies to spend as little time as possible in the beginner zone and transition smoothly into a real ByR offer? Sorry for all the yap. Your videos are great and inspire me a lot.
I still don’t understand why being a growth operator is not good, is it that when u sell and offer a build and release, u are selling a real leverage which is an asset that can sell for once and the client pay u once for lifetime?
No because most influencers can do the fufillment they have been sold also it's big churn rate if they dont trust you Plus to even get respect of a influencer or potential client you need to have a strong personal brand to come off as someone that actually knows how to handle an audience It's not good model for beginners only works when you have leverage and proven insights You need a network Also it's a commodity service
@@jhardworkpaysoff474 So a Build and Release offer is basically building something like a system or an infrastructure and selling them a system or some sort of leverage they can use to grow their Biz and in return, you sell and release that in exchange for money and the money comes in a single payment which is not a retainer or monthly subscription
@@tejasxai not an expert in that field, but u could do a B&R on different things such as: Lead Scoring Algorithm, Ongoing AI Optimization, Targeted Content Strategy and much more. u should prob sign up for his course. I am not in it, but he was doing apppointment setting originally, so there is defo a lot of info in his course for that field.
Amen having a tangible difference ryan for example in the real estate industry he hires employees that have personal brands (as seen on his netflix series) his using leverage everyday to attract the upper level prospects His buying employees networks So leverage! leverage! is key but the issue is people don't have the patience or bravey
Just out of context. Can you tell me the brand of that fire long shirt. God bless you serge you always keep remind me of leverage.

@@JuanAndrésCalero all u need to be able to do B&R is get clients, if you can acquire clients you can pay for people to do things for you
I was going to ask this same question. Thanks @@sergegatari

@@jhardworkpaysoff474I still think you can apply this to growth operating, you just need to systematize it and improve your quality dramatically
If I sell AI to business can I also build and realize this offer ?
yes 100% bro. Defo doable. The B&R model essentially works for all these 'normal'/ commoditized marketing services, but in just another way. but yes
@@AmzEcomcould you give an example for an appointment setting agency through content creation?
