Used it nicely, but after hardly 1 year of usage phone motherboard got damaged due to miui software update from company. No replacement, no re-imbursement. My money is wasted for no fault of mine. Found many such complaints from other customers too in social media. Poco phone maybe good but they don't deserve to flourish at the expense of helpless consumers.
Aapke is video ko dekh kr hi I bought this phone last year, which I really liked it very much, but later on it didn't charging fast, also the phone got quite heat while just using its hotspot. Aapne phone ko purposely itne upar se giraya - nothing happened to it. And mera phone use karte-karte sudden hath se (from the height of 1.5 ft - 2 ft) lightly chhoot gaya, or aisi haay lagi k apne Vrindavan (Mathura) k zone me service centre se lekar local repairing shop tak har jagah dikhwa liya sir ji, par wo kahin pe bhi sahi nhi hua. Sabne almost mother board damage ka issue bataya. Bache huye 3 mahine ki warranty bhi yu hi khatm ho gayi o kuchh kaam nhi aayi and now it's a dummy phone to my 5 yr old son as he is playing with it. Really disappointed sir from all the circumstances.😢😢😢 Aisa lag raha hai jaise jaan-bujh kr apni ankhe band karke - kaaton se bhare kuye me khud hi gir gaya hu, jiska pachhtava zindagi bhar tak rahega.

• Iqoo is not having glass back & Poco is not having in display fingerprint. • Iqoo is having support of 90fps in BGMI & Poco is having 60fps max. • Iqoo is having 4700mah battery & 88w fast charging but Poco is having only 4500mah batter with 66w fast charging. • Iqoo is having a great rear & front camera setup both but Poco is not good with its selfie means front camera. • Iqoo has more bug free software but based on my experience with MiUi it's a very bug ful software but ya i can say MiUi 13 is Improved. • One thing that disturbing & making me confused is it is not having glass back. √ Bas Ek Kaam Karne Koi Bhi Phone Leke Update Mat Karna Because Android gets downgraded after update because brands want us to purchase their new product again & My Redmi Note 8 is facing downgrading issue as it was very capable phone in initial days! Being honest with u guys Never Ever buy POCO phone in any case The way they behaved when the mother board and camera crash issue occured and people coudnt file warranty due to corona virus , taking advantage the POCO completely denied our right to claim the warranty and billed us around 8000 rupees for no reason So before u buy POCO phone or any product plz think one more time 🙏

The way how these companies are fooling Indians is disgusting. Made in India hone ke baad bhi sd870 ka phone 28k me bech rahe hai in 2022. Aur bahar poco f4 gt which comes with sd gen 1 is available for around 36k. And this is not the first time. I have a poco f2 pro which I bought for roughly 32k and it has 8k video recording and a 13mp ultra wide camera. This set never got released in India

Arun bhai, I have iQOO 7 and I am using it since more than a year and this phone got all the things the iQOO 7 has, as maximum all the features are the same like the processor, charging, battery capacity, etc. Just the iQOO 7 lacks behind in features which are expected over time... Anyways, this phone looks good and also has good performance which POCO has always given its users, but the thing is that many people face issues in POCO phones more relatively when compared to other brands, even the iQOO phones are better than POCO phones I would say in terms of service and all, as I have been using my phone, its been over a year and there seem to be no issues with it till now, hope this continues and also hope that POCO have fixed all the issues their customers have been getting with their phones.
Sir isn't the camera a downgrade, the primary camera sensor size is just 1/2" which is smaller than 3years old redmi note 8 pro and that useless 8mp uw lens and 2mp macro is so stupid in 2022👎🏽

Hope after seeing pricing of poco f4 phone, realme launches it's gt neo 3t at a competitive price, not like gt neo 3, also if xiaomi or poco brings redmi k50 (chinese variant) at 30k, it would just kill realme gt neo 3 and gt 2 and i would definitely love to see it cause of realme's recent overpriced mobiles. Poco worst device and worst service, my relatives phone is damged after using poco f4 5g in few days, the service centre behaviour is rude and ignoring our sentence after talking to manger and said about problem they replced it but what guranteee it will also work few days after that fasak so he exchanged the device with iqoo. His experince was worst with poco F4 5G.... Dont buy it, if you buy then you will regret it. Mind my words after that your wish.................

Hello Sir, my son is a Die-Hard-Fan (also a subscriber) of your channel. We both are using 2 POCO-F1 handsets {8gb/256gb} since it had launched and we're happy. Now, after a long time we are thinking about to upgrade to the real successsor POCO F4 5g. But there's a severe hesitation about the 'recent past negative track record' of Mi-Service-Centers, because we came to know from this TH-cam platform that they sternly reject warranty even if they notice even a single scratch on the phone !! So, we are confused now and thinking to switch over from POCO F4 to Motorola G82. What do you think about this whole situation ? May we get any suggestion from your end, Sir ? 🔴 NOTE : Oftenly we have to perform some tough jobs related to creation/edition of music files & videos on our smartphones when our Laptops/PCs are not available outside home. So only a 'performance-centric' phone is our only priority !!

To those who are thinking to buy POCO phones let me tell you one thing. I bought poco x3 pro last year and after one year of usage it's dead now. I faced a lot of problems like touch issue ,sensor issues while calling and the overheating. POCO provides a powerful chipset but a motherboard of a very poor quality.I'll advise u to read the reviews of those who were using poco x3 pro,you'll get to know better.Also,if you have any problem with the phone and if it's within the warranty period then the service centre will deny to repair it or replace it by saying that your phone is physically damaged. At last the miui is the worst and also the updates which eventually is the reason for my phone being dead.

Hope after seeing pricing of poco f4 phone, realme launches it's gt neo 3t at a competitive price, not like gt neo 3, also if xiaomi or poco brings redmi k50 (chinese variant) at 30k, it would just kill realme gt neo 3 and gt 2 and i would definitely love to see it cause of realme's recent overpriced mobiles. Also i appreciate poco for changing plastic back and 48mp camera to glass back and 64mp camera.

After using it for a month, I came to know that I have never seen a worse mobile (Poco F4) than this. After using one month the problem of call drop started in it when I showed it to the service center they put new software saying problem in software only after 3 days now touch problem started in it. better than this realme gt neo 3t Now I'm regretting why I didn't buy it?

9 pro plus definitely if you want a good camera, but i don't think you'll find it around 20k at the moment, 6/128 is priced at 25k at flipkart and Amazon, with offers maybe 23k but that's about it

Poco worst device and worst service, my relatives phone is damged after using poco f4 5g in few days, the service centre behaviour is rude and ignoring our sentence after talking to manger and said about problem they replced it but what guranteee it will also work few days after that fasak so he exchanged the device with iqoo. His experince was worst with poco F4 5G.... Dont buy it, if you buy then you will regret it. Mind my words after that your wish.................
Realme GT Neo 2 is better than Shit Poco F4 5G. Go for Realme or Iqoo device, Dont wast money on Poco it will definitely regret you after that your wish.....

@@pritamcb4188 screen touch issues and showing green line dent vertically and horizontally and sometimes low sound showed at Medhipatnam Nanal nagar and Madhapur Mi service centre and Aibids, They rome us like Dog it will not fix here U can go another service centre finally I said to my neighbour to call Mi showroom where You purchase these device and call to Mi care Manager and merged the call means conference call, So we explained them our problem they take this issue seriously and said to go Madhapur service center finally they replaced our unit after that He exchange the phone and purchased IQOO 7 or something model which i dont know 😅😅..

Hello Sir, my son is a Die-Hard-Fan (also a subscriber) of your channel. We both are using 2 POCO-F1 handsets {8gb/256gb} since it had launched and we're happy. Now, after a long time we are thinking about to upgrade to the real successsor POCO F4 5g. But there's a severe hesitation about the 'recent past negative track record' of Mi-Service-Centers, because we came to know from this TH-cam platform that they sternly reject warranty even if they notice even a single scratch on the phone !! So, we are confused now and thinking to switch over from POCO F4 to Motorola G82. What do you think about this whole situation ? May we get any suggestion from your end, Sir ?
🔴 NOTE : Oftenly we have to perform some tough jobs related to creation/edition of music files & videos on our smartphones when our Laptops/PCs are not available outside home. So only a 'performance-centric' phone is our only priority !!
U can go for iqoo neo 6 bro.....poco devices sucks after updates...also MIUI sucks...also ....if u Lil extend ur budget,then you can go for realme GT2 which is performance beast and realme has also promised 3 years of Android updates ,camera is also nyc ...I m using it and it's working really well..so u can consider that too

To those who are thinking to buy POCO phones let me tell you one thing. I bought poco x3 pro last year and after one year of usage it's dead now. I faced a lot of problems like touch issue ,sensor issues while calling and the overheating. POCO provides a powerful chipset but a motherboard of a very poor quality.I'll advise u to read the reviews of those who were using poco x3 pro,you'll get to know better.Also,if you have any problem with the phone and if it's within the warranty period then the service centre will deny to repair it or replace it by saying that your phone is physically damaged. At last the miui is the worst and also the updates which eventually is the reason for my phone being dead.
