Creamy Chicken Butter Masala (quick chicken tikka masala... kind of)

One of my go to meals if I want a quick curry. Now obviously you can make this better, but the focus here is the time because curries can take long to make so I want to show you how to reduce time and make a banging curry. This is like a quicker version of a chicken tikka masala, minus the tikka. Just using chicken pieces instead.
