For 2 long years it seemed I was getting kicked while down at nearly every turn, during that I turned to running and I compiled a playlist that is all music like this to motivate me, but this song, it is special to me. I found it a month before my first 50 mile ultra marathon and I timed the song so that "this is the moment" played at the exact moment I crossed the finish line. This song will forever be special to me as it encapsulates what it felt like to overcome all those things on that chapter of my life.
This was the one song from last year that I wasn't completely happy with the production. So for the Level 11 album version we made a few tweaks to bring out (to my ears) its full potential. Here is the list of changes: Rebalancing of bass guitar/ kick drum low end frequencies to create a more dynamic groove. Guitar EQ adjusted for a warmer, fatter sound. Some vocal volume levels adjusted slightly. Adjusted kick drum click to feel more natural and be slightly louder. Snare drum adjusted & EQ-d to have fewer distracting harmonic overtones and fit into the groove better. Some overall mix & master EQ & compression adjustments to create a more full, balanced sounding production.
Title is Rise The vibe I get is standing up, even when all hope is lost, fighting back, and never giving up on what is right. Whether that standing is a superhero Or someone standing on their own

I believe the main character of Sekiro: Shadows die twice is named Wolf in the game. So, to me this fits twice: He RISEs from the dead, and it's a valley of WOLVes.
