As an Italian guy, listening to Ezio meeting Duccio in Revelations forced me to stop the video to avoid dying chocked by my own tears. I'll definitely replay it with the original dub, it's pure gold material.
If I can think of a funny moment, I’d say the interactions between Edward and adewale, and also Jacob and evie Frye. They’re hilarious, separately, and when they’re bickering like siblings together

Translation: I remember the first moment that I found funny was when Da Vinci repaired the hidden blade. He had a cleaver and wanted to cut off Ezio's ring finger but he was just messing around. Better translation: I remember the first moment in the series that I found funny was the scene where Leonardo repaired the hidden blade. He had a cleaver and wanted to cut off Ezio's ring finger as the blade required a sacrifice, however he was just joking around and Ezio kept his finger.
That first one with the woman on the wall was taken straight from the autobiography of Sir William Marshall. When William Marshall was a boy the succession war was under way between Empress Mathilda and Stephen of Blois. William's father had sided with Mathilda and had been forced in a situation of details escaping me, to give William as a hostage to Stephen. When a conflict arose with William's father and Stephen, Stephen placed young William in the basket of a catapult and threatened to launch him into the wall of castle. William's father then famously yelled down to Stephen to go ahead and that he "had the anvil to forge more sons". Fortunately Stephen relented and spared William, who would then go on to grow up and become the most famous knight in medieval history.
