    3/24/24. Had to pause 10 minutes before the end of the video so I could wake up my child to make sure we will be ready for the church on time😂 Not an unusual part of Yin for me. I guess my mind is wasn’t completely relaxed 😂

      Timberlake Yoga I know .. I really appreciate the options (not only for frog) that you give all the time , but sometimes I crave the release I feel in frog even if my groins are cursing me in 18 different languages 😉😅🤷‍♀️ ‘cause after the rebound it feels marvelous ! ❤️

    Very nice practice! grateful to have practiced with you! when I got into the sleeping swan position, after relised I got a stomach ache, can it be the tensions that were released? I chose the forward-lying towards the center variant. thank you

    Frog position it’s a challenge for me
    I prefer to eat them ( it’s a joke about French reputation I don’t eat them 🤮)
    You speak to much for me this time 😩
