3/24/24. Had to pause 10 minutes before the end of the video so I could wake up my child to make sure we will be ready for the church on time😂 Not an unusual part of Yin for me. I guess my mind is wasn’t completely relaxed 😂

Hello again, Maria! I agree...most people either love or hate frog...so I try to always offer butterfly or some other shape to target the adductors that's easier on the knees. Thanks again for practicing with me. Have a great day❤️❤️❤️
Timberlake Yoga I know .. I really appreciate the options (not only for frog) that you give all the time , but sometimes I crave the release I feel in frog even if my groins are cursing me in 18 different languages 😉😅🤷♀️ ‘cause after the rebound it feels marvelous ! ❤️
