The speed is not adjustable and that is by design. With less moving parts we can increase the reliability of the motor while also guaranteeing cook times of different proteins.
Nope! Whether you use Propane or Natural gas it will NOT alter the taste in any way. However we do offer a smoke box so that you can infuse the meat with your choice of smoke.
