How to Create Geometric Design - Carrying Three Colors of Thread - Pine Needle Basket Making

In this geometric design Basket, I show you how I carry three different colors of thread. I am using one arms length of Thread instead of two arms length of thread. It makes it a little easier when rolling it up and clipping it off. You can use a small clothes pin, or a little twist tie from produce bags, or anything that makes it easier to keep the threads that you are not using out of your way while working.
I saw this design on a turtle Basket online, I liked the outer edge design and went about trying to create something similar.
This video is Part One of this geometric design, using a wood center I purchased in San Miguel de Allende and added gemstones to highlight the center points. I then set it in resin and drilled it myself. I wanted to create a star design, following the center points.
