If you want a good amp, Look for a 'Carvin V3' 100Wts 3 channel. all tube for like 500 or 600 dollars , they're used because out of market but it is built. I just had one redone for $100 parts and labor so.. $600 for a DYNOMITE amp. Love the show, Thanks Ola
Hey Ola just wanted to mention that a couple bands who were using Solar guitars at a local festival in Southern California called RUINFEST. They were Nox Profunda and Mictlantecuhtli(dont even ask me to pronounce that shit. It's some sort of Aztec or Mayan word). Anyways, the festival is sick and you should look it up. Wonderful people all around and the promoters are actually a Melodic Death Metal band called Voices of Ruin.
Wonder if the reissue of the Mark IIC+ was what pushed Randall to leave Mesa? Gibson being gibson they'll probably milk the crap out of the mesa line and reissue everything at a premium.
I think a Jamming with Ola room would be cool. Maybe an acoustic set or few with some of the coffee guests, or a cover or two with an Ola house band plus a guest.

Also, I had a dream the other night that I was playing a guitar that felt different to anything I'd played before, in a good way, and it turned out to be a solar (but not an x, one of the more standard shaped ones). Next thing Ola walked into the room and I showed him that I had a solar. He acknowledged it but didn't say much and went on with whatever he was doing. I woke up after that.
