The way that I use Nickel Over Cover 4 Quarters Match Coverage will lock up every single Gun Tight and Gun Tight Offset TE meta play and setup used online / MUT in Madden 23. In this Madden 23 Tips video, this is just 1 adjustment that I use in my defensive scheme to stop everything like Double Corner Routes on the same side in PA Seams, Bench, 01 Trap, Inside Zone, Quick Base, Z Spot, PA Slot Cross, and anything else. Hmm, it pulls the the outside quarter deepzone cb you mean ? He shouldnt because he’s not matching him on the running back side he’s playing the box check. What happens in the situation your saying ? Is it like bench where the corner route to the slot gets open to the sideline becauuse of the slant ?

I use this play vs every formation in the game, but the adjustments change slightly because Match works differently when it comes to compression, Spread, Bunch, empty, etc.

Yes it will! I would be alittle concerned about showing blitz though if you don’t have fast safeties. So if you’re going against Tyreek Hill for example you might want to even back off that cornerback to not get bombed if he’s isolated out wide. Bills have 2 guys in the secondary with Deep Outside Zone Ko so they’re probably best team to use for Match Coverage
