her BEST album in her entire career. she really outdid herself. literally 0 skips. there are powerful heartbreaking ballads and head banging rock power songs. wow. ms miley did THAT!!!

I don't think she would find it offensive being compared to Hannah. Actually, she used a lot of hannah to promote this album and used pictures of hannah in the book of the album. She is in peace with that part of her life.

Miley is not being self-deprecating. She's being vulnerable and honest that she can be toxic. She's expressing a feeling. A truth. And "Angels Like You" isn't implying that Miley Cyrus, the star, is inferior. She's actually using "angel" as a metaphor to say that this kind-hearted, too-good-to-be-true person can't rock with an unstable, messed up person like me.
"gimme what i want" gives me "closer" by nine inch nails vibes. 🥵
