@@thewadsquad My husband and I got a Bosch machine as a wedding gift 14 years ago. I always use it to make Buns, bread, doughnuts, butterhorns, cookies , cakes, muffins, jelly rolls, pizza dough. What ever I bake and I bake LOTS for my family of 7 and we have lots of friends over on weekends. It works great. My friend has kitchen aid, I can make double the amount in my bosch then she does in her kitchen aid.

This absolutely lifted my spirits ,after learning today I have to have neck and back surgery in March. Then again no matter my mood , you always leave me smiling.
Good luck on your surgery! Make sure you get in plenty of protein beforehand to help with healing! Maybe buy a tub of Optimum Nutrition Whey (either the isolate or Gold Standard are good and tasty, especially when mixed with milk or almond milk and come in a gazillion flavors) and a shaker bottle and have a shake a day. That’s my fave brand for quality and flavor - I’m especially fond of their chocolates - and they have a bunch!!

You will LOVE the Bosch! Mine is 20 years old and I grind my own wheat and make 4, 2 lb. loaves of 100% whole wheat bread, no sweat! The Bosch kneads it for all of 10 minutes, shape the loaves, raise once, and bake. Enjoy, you deserve it,
