It's doable. 400k+ a week from raids and selling daily tradeables(destruction, lava breath, destiny leapstones and gems) and it's 7-9weeks to save up for it. On top of selling the lvl 8 gem you swap it out for, it's doable as f2p. Considering the power spike a lvl10 atk gives, it's not too much time. I'm not in a rush so i'm just saving up for one. Should be able to buy one before brel.
the power spike from lvl 10 is so small compared to the gold you're spending. Theres way better ways to gain power in terms of gold value lvl 10 gems are the last thing you should invest into
@@flutura2769 you're absolutely right! For me, it's just a short term goal for me to get the 1 atk gem i wanted. The bright side is that I can always sell the gem if I want to if I feel I wanted to reinvest it to other things later. Initially i was thinking about 1. Tap weap to 25 for purple glow(can't afford as f2p and not worth it) 2. Push alts to 1680(would rather wait until i got all bounded and see what honing nerfs come down the line 3. Buy relic books(good for roster but relic book prices seem to be dropping quick plus copium that events give more relic books down the line 4. Buy 1 lv10 atk gem. Since I have a 1 class roster I thought #2 and #4 were best options for my account but since i can't reinvest with #2, #4 became best option. Reinvest being such as a couple weeks back, ppl were selling Lava breath for 415g and I knew after reset, whales would do aegir and tap weapon to 25. I resold those lava breaths for 595g and made close to 200k. Same thing as to when I bought a ton of Radiant leaps for 8g and resold for 52g. There's a lot I could do to reinvest depending on what events happen but just incase i needed liquid gold to buy and resell something, only #4 gives me that option which is why I decided to choose that as my investment so far. Plus, having that 1 lv10 t4 gem looks good on my pug application resume! xdd
