- GaMetal enters the realm of Xenoblade and takes on 'You Will Know Our Names'!
So when SSB4 released, a lot of us (myself included) discovered that the soundtrack to Xenoblade Chronicles is really, really badass. I've been getting a lot of XC requests lately and YWKON is my favorite Xenoblade song I've heard so far, so I gave it a shot.
The original is already practically perfect so this is almost more of a cover than a complete remix.
Hope you like it! Better yet, I hope you're really feeling it!

I was listening to this in another tab, when that beautiful piano solo near the end caught my attention completely. I had to see this genius playing it as I listened, so I switched back to this tab... Only to see a tiny Shadow the Hedgehog playing. Talk about heartwarming!

Actually Koei tecmo (Fire emblem warriors, Hyrule warriors) already showed interest in making a Xenoblade warriors game, so its a matter of time

It's 2019, and Nintendo just released that Monolithsoft is making a Definitive Edition of Xenoblade Chronicles 1.
Now we can really feel it in high definition!

I have the n3ds version now since I never was able to get the Wii version, the game is a lot of fun. Graphics are downgraded since it's on handheld but it didn't matter to me much.
Jonny Atma Well, I have a spare Wii version. If you are truly dedicated, I'd still recommend the n3ds version. Much more comfortable to use.
LordTakeo Here's a better idea, he could just upgrade his PC, and play Xenoblade through a dolphin emulator. I hear it looks AMAZING in 1080p

3:18 gorgeous arrangement
Xenoblade Chronicles for the Wii was by far the most gorgeous thing I have seen on a Wii. It's one of those games where I actually had to sit back and enjoy the scenery.
The 3DS version is the same thing, with some slight graphics dumb downs. Namely grass amount and some slightly poor antisotrophic filtering.
Overall, it's worth it, seeing as the Wii version is one of those rare nintendo titles.
My suggestion. Play it. It's worth every cent. It's a freaking masterpiece.
@Gan X I prefer XC2, yeah Rex is so dumb I started to wish for Amalthus to win, but pure gameplay is more fun. I had a half year stop when I played XC1 before continuing from the mechonis because I was drained out, while in XC2 I never stopped playing (even while doing all the side quest along the story).

@@beta511ee4 The filtering quality on the textures is lower on the 3DS, making it easier to see 2D planes on an object, like Shulk's hair for example. It is also easy to spot on grass textures, anything with a clear segment to the texture.
Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition for the Switch is now a thing that is going to exist in 2020. Hope your body is ready.

You should re-record these. The present day audio quality of your videos is around 3 times cleaner than these old ones. Just a suggestion, would love to hear this in it's most glorious form, but I know that it's a shitton of work.

Awesome rendition there Atma. You just keep getting better and better. The guitar you use there sounds a lot like Sonic Adventure's. Always get the nostalgia when i hear that specific sound. I know nothing about music so forgive me. However there is a song I would like to see you attempt...Ys 4 - The Ordeal Becomes Great. If you can tackle this...oh boy...
Very nice job with this remix. Though it's not as drastic of a change as some of your other works. What is changed adds a nice bit of uniqueness to it.
Also, if you ever get the chance. Play Xenoblade itself. It's a very good game. Like, one of the best RPGs on the Wii. (Heck, even in general.) If you can't get the Wii version (which yeah, it's quite pricey now... I got lucky and got it at launch), then at least get the New 3DS version.
(Plus there's some songs that didn't make it into Smash 4 which are REALLY good, like the final boss themes. Seriously, if you have ABSOLUTELY no plans to play it yourself. At least check those songs out.)

I was introduced to you by chuggaconroy, but i am so glad i know you now cause you take already great music tracks from video games and not only cover the original melody PERFECTLY, but you also add your own unique segments to give the song your own musical flair. Keep up the great work!
Also one other thing i forgot to say is that the unique parts you add fit the source material so well it's scary. I hope you keep making covers for a long time more.

Awesome remix! Like you said in the description, the original version of this song sounds phenomenal as is, so most people I've seen online have basically just been doing straight covers of the song. Yours is probably the most free interpretation I've seen so far, and it's great! Seriously, killer remix.
