Hi Linna. My mom’s family is Swedish and the white tray could be used for breads and rolls. The horse on the pillow cover is a Dala horse which is a common Swedish symbol. They are usually carved from wood and brightly painted. Cotton dish towels are common in Sweden 🇸🇪. 💕

I have a strainer like that. It works well, but the problem I found is storing it. So I never really use it. The white plate almost looks like a pizza tray.
Hiya Linna, unfortunately there isn’t an IKEA store near where I live so I’m unable to have an Ikea experience 😢😢, I also looked if they deliver, and the answer was also no😢Maybe it’s a good thing as I would end up buying too much 😂
I thought everyone had meatballs and Lingonberry at IKEA plus buying tons of mini DIME Bars to take home! My mother bought me the same over the sink strainer about 25 years ago and it’s still going strong!

I enjoy shopping at Ikea vicariously. The two in my area are an hour away by public transit, and I'm terrified I couldn't get home except by Uber with all the stuff I'd buy, lol. My main weaknesses are kitchen gear and gadgets.

It’s funny as I bought my bathroom bamboo shelves from ikea, and some bits for the bathroom. But I must admit I like vintage Japanese home wares and furniture. As I my home is form the 70’s. But I do love the show home ideas . I do want to visit. But it’s all about getting the time.
I love how in IKEA Japan the food is covered up (cakes) … here in Germany sadly not and I don’t feel comfortable buying due to hygiene issues. 🥲 I really enjoyed watching your shopping at ikea and could gather some useful inspiration ❤
