I think yours may be sick or something is wrong, mine is super active, just got him for Xmas and he and my dwarf cichlids and my gourami are constantly going at it, nipping, chasing, and competing for food.
Nice to see the Gudgeon slightly out of the water. Different perspective. I like that strange fish and when it does something more unusual, it's even more interesting. I wonder why it won't eat while being filmed though. Those 40 gallon breeder tanks are really nice as well. Good video. 📺

I finally got my hands on one and he is so tiny. How long does it take them to grow to like three inches
They were bigger than that when I got them, so I don't really know.
