    A full explanation of how the H90 thinks of Programs, Presets and Algorithms.
    The H90 is a really powerful machine, but the power can make it a little complex to understand.
    I think it really helps to understand how these things relate to each other on the unit.

    Thanks for making all these great H90 videos! I just got one for Christmas and it's nice to have some good resources to reference as I try to get to know it.

    This was extremely helpful. Everyone else's tutorials made this so much more complicated. Thank you!

    These tutorials were great. I've now just unboxed a Tonex I bought at Christmas. Time to get my head around it. Haven't found any videos that are as good/bitesized as yours. Maybe IK Multimedia should throw some free hardware your way, haha!

    Thank you from Japan.
    I decided to buy H90 with checking some video of reviewing it in Japanese.
    Then I got it and tried to use it, but the manual is difficult for me and there is not any video of how to use H90 in Japanese.
    I will try again to make my favarite sound.

    I backed up my user two presets to my laptop before I initiated a factory reset. Now, how do I get them back on my H90?

      @GuitarStuffChannel it's okay. I found out on the Eventide forum.

    This is super helpful! Quick question - can I use the H90 to send midi out to a midi relay controller to change channels on my amp? I have an amp and preamp which both have TRS outs to change channels but from what I can see I’d need to use a midi relay switcher to change the channels on these rather than plug the Trs cables directly into the H90. Thanks!

    • @GuitarStuffChannel
      @GuitarStuffChannel  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, you would need something to convert the midi coming from the H90 to a relay/switch that your amp can understand.

    How many algorithms “effects” can you run at once, not including any pedals you may have connected?

    • @GuitarStuffChannel
      @GuitarStuffChannel  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The simple answer is two - preset A and preset B. However, some algorithms have more than one effect (up to 3).

    Great video, I'm thinking of selling my pedals and buying the h90, and with this video I understand better how it works, I could keep a pedal to combine it, I see that it can only use two algorithms simultaneously, what do you recommend, I already subscribed to your channel.

    • @GuitarStuffChannel
      @GuitarStuffChannel  ปีที่แล้ว

      Glad you liked it. It’s impossible to answer your question without knowing your needs and situation. The h90 is good for experimenting and finding new sounds. It is also good for programming a lot of specific sounds, but at the same price (or lower) there are a lot of alternatives.

    How are you powering H90?
    I am just using the factory adapter. I do have a Zuma and Ojai power supply, but the H90 has a high current draw of 1000ma. Any ideas or options to power the H90 up?

    • @GuitarStuffChannel
      @GuitarStuffChannel  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm using a Cioks DC7 which seems to be able to power anything/everything. The DC7 can supply 12V 500ma which is enough to power the H90 from a single outlet. The Strymons can only supply 375ma at 12V so it's not quite enough. You could do it with a current doubler cable from 2 12v outputs.

    • @danjack-son4871
      @danjack-son4871 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The doubler worked on my Zuma with zero issues.

    Not a simple unit. The editor software is equally confounding.

    You need to write at a downward angle otherwise the pen dries up. :)
